TERMS OF USE
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KhanaBuddy services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
KhanaBuddy provides an online platform that lets you browse partner restaurants, place food orders, and arrange delivery. We are an intermediary between you, restaurants, and riders. Menu items, prices, and availability are set by restaurants.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Orders & payments
When you place an order, you agree to pay the displayed total including food, delivery, taxes, and applicable fees. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Cash on delivery may be available in supported areas.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund rules depend on order status and restaurant policy. Eligible refunds from cancelled online orders may be credited to your BuddyPay wallet in the future. Contact support if you believe a refund is due.
5. BuddyPay
BuddyPay is KhanaBuddy's wallet feature. Wallet balance may be used for future orders where supported. BuddyPay terms, expiry rules, and refund routing will be updated as the feature rolls out.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, harass staff or riders, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with our systems. We may refuse service where necessary to protect users and partners.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KhanaBuddy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
